Three quarters of this detached property was badly damaged by fire and smoke. There was also water damage to the entire property as a result of the fire brigade attendance. CSBD attended the site with the insurance assessor to estimate the financial implications of the damage. Particular attention was made to the detail of the original property, internal features such as oak panelling needed to be restored or replaced. CSBD was also tasked with making the property habitable as soon as possible thereby minimizing disruption to the family.
