CSBD works closely with the Facilities Manager at this building. Given the buildings' age and type of construction, a significant part of the maintenance schedule involves ongoing faultfinding and monitoring. Works have included maintenance to concrete construction, window frames, drainage repairs, roofing, electrical alterations and repairs, external joinery and car park repairs. Improvements have been made to the warehouse area, canteen refurbishment, external decorations, partition alterations, common areas and cloakrooms. Emergency cover is provided for electrical, plumbing and construction faults.
