visit from a client manager. At
that meeting we listen to the
needs and wants of the client
and suggest a range of ideas
and options. Having discussed
the options available, a
detailed job specification, including
timescales, is agreed with the
client. This means that our
clients are fully aware of the
methods to be used, the
timescales and the costs.

Client Managers have a
responsibility for ensuring
clients are kept up-to-date
at each stage of the project
and to ensure the work is
carried out to agreed timescales
and costs. They
are readily available to
answer any questions
during the period of works.
Every care is taken to
protect your property and
possessions. Floor coverings
and furniture are always covered
or removed before any work
is started. We never forget we
are working in a home or office
environment and we endeavour
